Challenge:
The brand had launched new SKUs, their ads were not getting enough traction. Most of the budget was going to a few old products while the new ones were stuck with low impressions and poor rankings. The brand wanted a strategy to bring visibility to all products without compromising profit.
What We Did: 

1) Fixed Campaign Structure:
- We optimized all mixed campaigns. We separated each product portfolio by name. This gave us more control and made it easier to identify what was working and what wasn’t.
2) Stopped Products Competing With Each Other:
- Some of their own products were targeting the same keywords, which caused them to compete against themselves. We resolved this by assigning relevant keyword sets to each product to avoid overlap.
3) Protected the Brand Name:
- Other sellers were bidding on this brand name to steal customers. To counter this, we ran branded campaigns to take back control of the search results. This also helped reduce competitor sales.
4) Creative Split Testing:
- We ran A/B tests for different main images and videos in ads. Small changes like background color and text overlays made a big difference in CTR and conversion rates.
5) Focused on “Add to Cart” Behavior:
- We used Sponsored Display and Video ads to retarget people who had added the product to cart but didn’t buy. This brought back a lot of missed customers, especially for beauty items, where buyers often take more time to make a decision.
Results:
- New SKUs started getting sales within 2 weeks
- TACoS remained stable even as revenue grew
- The brand now has strong visibility across all their top products
