When the client partnered with us in November 2024, they had one clear objective: boost sales without sacrificing profitability. Despite having a great product lineup, sales didn’t match. Campaigns were unorganized, keywords were poorly targeted, and a significant portion of the budget was wasted.
The goal was clear: increase sales while keeping ACoS low and growing profitably.

 
Strategic Playbook We Implemented: ⬇

1) Listing Optimization for Search Visibility:
  • We performed in-depth keyword research and optimized listings with high-search-volume, relevant terms, ensuring visibility across top-of-search placements. Every word was intentional, crafted for both Amazon SEO and shopper intent.

2) Conversion & CTR Boost with Visual Excellence:
  • We elevated product imagery using high-resolution visuals and added compelling infographics and product videos, making the listings more engaging and trustworthy. These upgrades enhanced CTR and conversion rate, building shopper confidence at first glance.
 
3) Campaign Optimization:
  • We reduced the budgets for underperforming campaigns and shifted the funds to campaigns delivering better results. We also paused low performing search terms, which helped reduce ad spend. This approach not only lowered costs but also led to improved rankings for high-search-volume keywords.
 
4) Remarketing Campaigns:
  • We launched remarketing campaigns targeting customers who had previously purchased the product. This strategy proved highly effective, as these customers were more likely to buy again after finishing their previous supply.
 
5) Catch-All and GP Campaigns
  • We implemented catch-all and Gold Panning (GP) campaigns, which significantly contributed to driving more orders at a very low ACoS. These campaigns also helped rank our product for even low-search-volume keywords.
